Sports Benefits

Note, these instructions apply to events that have an agreement with Monesko for handling sports benefits.

Payment options include Smartum Pay, Edenred mobile payment, and ePassi:

  • The sports benefit is personal and intended only for sports services. It cannot be used on behalf of another person or for payments like bus tickets.
  • You can pay the participation fee in full or in part with a voucher code exchanged for sports benefits, which should be entered in the “voucher” field of the registration form.
  • Therefore, you cannot pay directly with sports benefits on the registration form on the website; follow the instructions below instead.

Step by step on how to participate using sports benefits:

  1. Make a prepayment in the sports benefit application by searching for “Monesko”. Pay only your participation fee or a part of it.
  2. After the prepayment, send an email notification of your sports benefit payment and the event you wish to participate in to aika@monesko.fi. Include your name, the payment method you used (edenred / epassi, etc.), and the event you are participating in.
  3. We will send you a voucher code via email within three business days. Please be aware of the processing time, especially when the price tier changes and the registration deadline approaches. Make the payment well in advance of your actual registration.
  4. Complete the actual registration on the event’s website: Enter the voucher code you received in the “Voucher” field of the registration form. You can also book additional services during registration, which are paid for with an online payment.
