Swim, bike and run follow each other in a clear sequence, and success comes from handling the basics well. Kisko-Triathlon suits an athlete who already understands the rhythm of the sport and wants to build a focused race without extra noise around it.

The distance is short enough to keep the effort sharp, but demanding enough to show how well the preparation holds. The athlete has to move efficiently from one discipline to the next, keep the pace under control and accept that every weak point will show up in the following section.
