The route takes you onto the trails, slopes and sandy heath terrain of Taivalvaara, where running demands constant adjustment. This is a trail event for runners who want a clear race-day structure without a surface made too easy.
You choose the distance according to your level, but the terrain does not become simple because of it. You will need to manage climbs, descents, foot rhythm and how to distribute your effort in changing hill terrain.
